REALTORS AND FOR SALE BY OWNER
The Deed Restrictions of Persimmon Hill allow a sign pertaining to the sale of a home to be placed at the residence only. Please do not scatter general pointers throughout the neighborhood or place them at the entrance. Open House Signs can be placed at the entrances only for the day(s) of the Open House and must be removed at the end of the Open House. Any signs placed in the center island or signs left past the weekend will be removed. Pointer signs found throughout the neighborhood will be removed.
