CONTACT  THE  BOARD...

The Persimmon Hill First Homes Association (HOA) exists to keep the neighborhood beautiful and maintain common areas and amenities with the ultimate goal of increasing homeowner property values.  The HOA Board meets regularly and reviews all communications received via e-mail, voicemail, text and this web portal.  We do not consider social media posts or comments to be official communication and routinely turn off comments on some posts to keep the temperature down on certain topics.

Feel free to contact the Board using the form below.  For official communications, please include your street address as we are responsible only to the 587 homeowners in the Persimmon Hill neighborhood.

While we always encourage members to develop relationships with their neighbors and communicate directly with them about common issues like trees, landscaping, storage and other matters, we realize that sometimes those efforts are not fruitful.  The HOA's Deed Restrictions are limited in scope to only a few items and most other common concerns are addressed by City of Olathe ordinances and can be raised directly with the City on their website.
