The Persimmon Hill First Homes Association is proud of its beautifully maintained neighborhood.  The Board of Directors approve exterior changes to properties within the HOA.  Please complete the associated form(s) below with all information requested.  You may email your forms to the Board at board@phfha.com.  You may also choose to mail them to our P.O. Box shown at the bottom of our webpage below.
